Our Bodies (Governing Entities)

Our organization is structured around key governing and operational bodies that ensure efficiency, transparency, and alignment with our mission and vision. These entities work collaboratively to achieve our strategic objectives and fulfill our commitments to underprivileged children and their families.

General Assembly:
The highest decision-making body, bringing together all members to discuss, approve, and guide the organization’s overall direction and key initiatives.
Board of Directors:
Responsible for governance, policy-making, and strategic oversight. The Board ensures that the organization remains true to its mission and operates effectively.
Executive Committee:
Tasked with implementing the decisions of the Board and General Assembly. This body manages daily operations, programs, and partnerships to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Specialized Committees:
Dedicated teams focusing on specific areas such as education, health, fundraising, and community engagement. These committees bring expertise and innovation to their respective domains.
Advisory Council:

Auditor’s Office (Commissariat aux Comptes):
An independent body responsible for ensuring the financial integrity of the organization. It conducts audits, verifies accounts, and ensures compliance with financial regulations and best practices, fostering transparency and trust.
