My name is Marie Louise. I lost my sight completely at the age of 12. But I was blessed that God placed Tiberias Initiative for Children (TIC) on my path; it has been like a parent to me since my youth. The team reached out and supported me throughout my studies. Thanks to this support, I worked with perseverance and achieved excellent results, even ranking among the top students in the country.
Today, I am a secondary-school teacher and I pursue my goals with confidence. My journey shows that no child with a disability is incapable of going far, provided they are not abandoned or excluded. The support and love we receive can change a life from childhood onward.
